An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded and fast-growing Real Estate team in Leeds. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of the health and social care sector, advising NHS bodies and private healthcare organisations on a broad range of complex property matters.
The Role
- You will join a nationally recognised healthcare practice with a strong reputation for advising public and independent sector clients.
- The role provides excellent client exposure, early responsibility and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing corporate real estate support on mergers and acquisitions in the health and social care sector
- Conducting property due diligence on secured lending transactions
- Drafting and negotiating leases and landlord & tenant documentation
- Title investigation and reporting
- Drafting deeds of easement, licences and tenancies at will
About You
- Qualified solicitor NQ + with experience in commercial property law
- Strong landlord and tenant experience
- Well organised, detail-focused and able to manage a busy caseload
- Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
- Proactive, commercially aware and keen to take ownership of client work
- Interested in developing a specialism with real estate
