A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a technically strong Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Leeds team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine client exposure, and a supportive team environment where you will be encouraged to develop and progress.
You will advise a broad and diverse client base including company owners, senior managers, HR professionals, in-house counsel, public and private sector organisations, as well as senior employees and executives. The work will cover the full spectrum of employment law, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing and discrimination claims
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and documentation
- Dismissals, redundancy and restructuring projects
You will manage your own caseload (with appropriate supervision where required) and play an active role in building strong client and internal relationships.
