RTA- Counter Fraud - Solicitor/Legal Executive/Litigation Executive Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing team national team. You will be part of a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of the litigation process. Job Title: Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive Location: Remote Salary: Up to Β£45,000 DoE Previous Experience: Managing own caseload of litigated Defendant RTA files. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims. Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records. Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives. Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice. Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables. Participate in marketing and business development activities. About You Experience in managing your own litigated caseload. Strong knowledge of the litigation process and personal injury or Fraud (desirable). Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
