Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor/ Associate/Senior Associate – London– Award winning UK Law Firm is looking for an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with particular focus on complex financial restructurings.

The role
You will be acting for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, large corporates, directors, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency-related matters. The team focuses on complex transactional and contentious work in all areas of corporate and personal insolvency
The ideal applicant
The role is suited someone who already has experience working in Insolvency in a National or Regional firm and is looking to join an industry leading firm and department. The ideal candidate will also:
