A highly regarded defendant law firm is seeking a dedicated personal injury lawyer to join its expanding team. This opportunity offers exposure to high-value, technically intricate cases, with genuine scope for progression, leadership, and professional development.

Salary: Up to £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Level: Experience dealing with defendant injury claims
The work:
- Lead and manage personal injury claims, including RTA, EL & PL matters
- Draft pleadings and represent clients at JSMs, mediations and court hearings
- Collaborate closely with experts, counsel and top-tier insurer clients
- Contribute to strategy across brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury cases
- Supervising Juniors where appropriate.
Candidate profile:
- The department welcomes applications from those with strong litigation backgrounds, including claimant and defendant experience
- Experience in personal injury litigation (defendant preferred but not essential)
- Excellent drafting and strategic skills
- Strong communication and client-handling capabilities
