The RoleYou\’ll work on a variety of high-quality corporate matters with early exposure to clients and support from senior lawyers to help accelerate your progression. Typical work includes:
Advising on M&A transactions, business and asset sales, and joint ventures
Supporting on private equity and equity capital markets deals
Conducting and managing due diligence, data room reviews and disclosure processes
Drafting key transaction documents, including disclosure letters, investment documents and ancillary agreements
Working on corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements
About you
Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in corporate law
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, organised, and able to manage a varied caseload
