They will consider candidates from Associate to Managing Associate level. Candidates must have 1 PQE or above. Newly qualified solicitors will not be considered for these opportunities.

- Previous Experience: Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation eg outsourcing agreements, telecoms agreements, SaaS or development and collaboration agreements. Any experience of providing regulatory advice, eg in relation to data protection, online safety or telecommunications regulation would also be considered.

This is an exceptional, well-established TMT offering advising on a range of large technology and telecoms contracts. The team also provides regulatory advice relating to cyber security, data privacy as well as other online harms.
Lawyers advise household name technology companies as well as other global operators working in this space. As such, whether you are at the start of your career or an experienced solicitor, you will gain exposure to some of the most interesting and challenging technology, telecoms and data-related matters available.
Who should apply
- Candidates should have at least 1 PQE with proven experience in commercial and / or TMT work
- You should also have a genuine passion for this area of law with a real interest in technology and innovation
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation is a key part of the role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in advising on outsourcing agreements or digital infrastructure / telecoms agreements. You may also have experience of SaaS or development contracts
- The Partners are also interested in speaking to applicants with technology-related regulatory experience. This may include providing data protection or online safety advice or general telecommunications regulation advice.
