The opportunity
You will join a well-established and highly regarded team advising on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:
Development and forward-funding transactions
Investment acquisitions and disposals
Portfolio and asset management
Landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlords and tenants)
Strategic, sector-led property projects
The client base is diverse and high calibre, including:
National and regional developers
Institutional investors and property funds
Infrastructure and telecoms providers
Leisure, retail and commercial occupiers
