The firm is prepared to consider 100% remote working depending on the candidate and offer them the opportunity to work from anywhere in England. Overview Job title: Associate or Senior Associate Location: Fully remote – from any location in England and Wales Salary: £Excellent – ‘top tier’ rate Reports to: Head of Department Previous Experience: The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE. Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL. Defendant experience preferred In order to be able to work on a fully remote basis, it is preferred that candidates have defendant experience. Applicants with claimant experience are encouraged to apply though this may affect the candidate’s ability to work fully remotely. If you have a passion for clinical negligence, we would like to hear from you You may be a clinical negligence solicitor at the start of your career and therefore handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as ‘Never Event’ cases or other undisputed claims. Equally, you may have experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or even high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth. Whatever your experience, we would like to hear from you.
