A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its well established and highly regarded Projects team in London advising on high-profile national and international developments across housing, infrastructure, commercial real estate, leisure and the public sector.

Salary: Up to £130,000
The Role:
As part of a national team of over 50 construction specialists, you’ll work at the heart of major development and regeneration projects, partnering with clients including government bodies, developers, contractors, investors and housing associations. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues in real estate, corporate, banking, tax and planning on complex, multi-disciplinary matters.
What you’ll do:
- Advise public and private sector clients on procurement, development and construction matters
- Work across all stages of design, construction and asset management
- Support real estate, corporate and banking teams with construction due diligence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About you:
- 5+ years’ PQE in projects and non-contentious construction (ideally with some public sector experience)
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Commercially astute and solutions-focused
- Ambitious and seeking a clear path to progression
