Due to an increase in high-value and complex instructions, a number of opportunities have arisen for ambitious solicitors who are keen to work on challenging, high-quality personal injury litigation.

Catastrophic Injury – High-Value Complex Claims

Join one of the North West's most respected catastrophic injury teams, working alongside a leading Partner on seven-figure RTA and EL/PL claims.

The work is highly technical and litigation-focused, involving complex liability issues and substantial quantum.

This role would particularly suit candidates with a strong grounding in motor, EL or PL claims who are looking to develop their expertise in serious injury litigation.

What the Partners are looking for

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 1+ PQE, including those approaching qualification.

You will likely demonstrate:

• Experience in RTA, EL/PL or personal injury litigation
• Exposure to fast-track and/or multi-track claims
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• A proactive and ambitious approach to career development
