Capital Markets Associate β This leading international firm have an exciting opportunity to be part of their highly respected Finance practice working on structured finance, derivatives, and capital markets transactions. The firm have an impressive client base spanning across leading investment banks, insurance companies, asset and investment managers, as well as institutional and corporate clients, such as trustees and pension schemes.

The team handles a wide range of complex and stimulating matters, including securitised derivatives and structured products, repackagings, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending, strategic equity financings, and a variety of debt capital markets transactions. The teamβs international approach involves regular collaboration with worldwide colleagues across Europe and globally.
Ideal Candidate
You will be an ambitious and talented derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets lawyer looking to join a market-leading team and you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have an active role in drafting and negotiating a variety of derivatives and structured finance documentation, demonstrating your legal expertise and practical problem-solving abilities.
