A leading national law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its highly regarded Professional Indemnity team in Bristol. The practice is part of a top-ranked Insurance group, acting for the majority of the UK’s Professional Indemnity insurers as well as major professional services firms.
Insurance litigation experience is desirable.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a diverse range of professional indemnity matters, defending claims involving solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants, financial advisers and other professionals. The team also advises insurers on coverage, regulatory issues, risk management and Ombudsman complaints.
- Managing your own caseload of professional indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
