Professional Support Lawyer | Knowledge Lawyer – Join a top-tier Banking and Finance Practice renowned for acting on high level transactions involving acquisition finance, margin loan, fund finance, Real Estate and Asset finance.
Role Overview: As part of a growing team in London, you\’ll work within a group of other knowledge lawyers, supporting the UK and global practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse key legal and regulatory developments.
- Create and update client publications and training materials.
- Develop and deliver training sessions.
- Respond to legal queries and manage knowhow tasks.
- Drafting and maintenance of the group’s precedents and memoranda and managing and maintaining the knowledge system.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a reputable banking and finance law practice.
- Excellent technical and writing skills, including drafting and legal analysis.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workstreams.
