The Mobile Service Engineer provides on-site vehicle repair and remote technical support to customers. The role works closely with Quality and R&D teams to address market issues quickly and uses big data tools for diagnostics and predictive analysis. This position also collects and validates vehicle quality information to drive continuous product improvement.

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site vehicle repair service for end customer
  • Offer remote technical support end customer to solve the technical problem
  • Drive quality and R&D resources from headquarters to promptly respond to and address market issues escalated from customer.
  • Use big data platforms for remote diagnostic analysis, to predict vehicle problems, offer technical solutions, and track real-time vehicle handling progress.
  • Collect vehicle quality issues through multiple channels, push for improvements at the source, and validate the effectiveness of market solutions.
  • Any other reasonable duties

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or above in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in vehicle repair, aftersales service, or technical support (EV experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools or remote diagnostic systems is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently and respond quickly to service needs.
