The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsible for the implementation, updating, reviewing and auditing of the Company HSE Systems in alignment with the Corporate and industry HSE guidelines.
Monitor our after-sales operations on a day to day basis (physical, camera, etc.) and ensure our field service engineers and warehouse staffs have the right PPE and are following the safety while working at all times.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement measures to reduce or eliminate them.
Prepare materials and conduct/book safety trainings and workshops on Electrical, Chemical, Fire, Trip and Fall, Ergonomics Safeties, etc.). Train and educate employees on health and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
Maintain/check third party vendors' documents in terms of permits to work and checking if they have the right certificates (work from height, working in confined space, forklift operation, etc.) before allowing them to work.
Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, training, and compliance.
Responsible for safety related advice/directions related to safety compliances to interface with requirements.
Developing Risk Assessment and emergency response plan for various projects.
Manage and maintain safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and personal protective equipment.
Review and improve warehouse battery modules storage conditions and facility to comply with HSE regulations. Maintain licences for the company, including yearly renewal. Engage third party consultants to audit the management plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma Certificate.
At least 3 years of experience leading in a health and safety role, preferably in energy industry.
In-depth knowledge of the UK health and safety regulations and standards.
NEBOSH Certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current full clean UK driving licence
