Talent Acquisition Specialist-UK in Uxbridge

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing UK HR team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the UK, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

This role will work closely with the UK HR team and relevant HQ stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities are managed efficiently and in line with company processes and UK employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of functions and business areas, from vacancy approval and job posting through to offer and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, job profiles, candidate criteria and hiring timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals and other appropriate channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview arrangements, feedback collection and recruitment decisions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and manage offers in accordance with company policies, approved salary ranges and recruitment procedures.
• Support pre-employment checks, including right to work, references and DBS checks where applicable.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and recruitment data, and provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UK employment legislation, data protection requirements and internal company policies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, university engagement and recruitment campaigns.
• Work with HQ HR and other relevant stakeholders on recruitment-related projects and process improvements.
• Support other HR projects and activities as required.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the UK.
• Good understanding of the UK recruitment market and employment practices.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers at different levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to recruitment administration.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements when handling candidate information.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
