Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer phone calls regarding service request, consultations or complaints and then coordinate concerning departments and personnel to handle customer request or reported issues, follow up the handling and provide feedback to customers;
  • Manage the after sales service system, including managing user information, contract information, contract information, customer information, work order information, etc. and handling using problems, etc.;
  • Manage customer complaints and liquidated damage issues, including investigating the issues, following up and pushing the handling of customer complaints or liquidated damage issues, updating the progress and reporting to the management, etc.;
  • Plan and carry out customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Collect and process quality issue data;
  • Other assignments, such as collecting project data, product data, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Able to speak official native language fluently and can use English or Chinese to communicate with Chinese colleagues based in China;
  • Strong communication skills and good at grasping customers’ requirements and smoothing disgruntled customers;
  • Gentle personality, emotional stability and good patience;
  • Preferably familiar with BESS products and enthusiastic about the energy storage industry;
