These reports will provide clear visibility into payment history, claim status, and supporting details, serving as the single source of truth for internal and external audit purposes.
- Financial Analysis & Insight: Conduct thorough analysis of rebate data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimisation. Provide actionable insights on program performance, cost drivers, and dealer behaviour.
- Budgetary Control & Forecasting: Monitor rebate accruals and payments against the established budget. Proactively report on variances and provide data-driven forecasts for future rebate liabilities to ensure accurate financial planning and accrual accounting.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular management reports, including P&L analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards. Present financial results and insights to department heads and senior leadership.
- Data Analysis & Business Partnering: Partner with various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to provide financial guidance and support their initiatives.
