Key Responsibilities & Duties- Responsible for gathering and analyzing digital requirements across multiple functions, including overseas marketing, sales, after-sales, and related business areas.
- Create clear, concise, and accurate business process documentation based on discussions with key stakeholders.
- Participate in the end-to-end requirement management lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing, account configuration, API integration, go-live, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and are implementable.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Assist in conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ digital solutions.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by line manager and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in cross‑functional collaboration or supporting overseas business is a plus.
- Familiar with business process mapping and documentation, with strong logical thinking and communication skills.
- Understanding of system development processes, with basic experience in API integration, testing, and user support.
- Strong learning agility and initiative, able to adapt quickly to business changes and new technologies.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
