We are seeking an experienced Financing Manager to lead sales financing initiatives for our commercial vehicle business (trucks, buses, and coaches) across Europe. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing innovative financing solutions that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Financing Solutions & Strategy (60%)
    • Implement and optimize comprehensive sales financing programs for commercial vehicles.
    • Manage diverse financing products including dealer financing, loans, leasing, and Fleet-as-a-Service electrification solutions offered to end customers.
    • Monitor financing program performance and make real time adjustments based on market feedback and business needs.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align financing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence & Residual Value Management (20%)
    • Collect competitive analysis of financing offerings in the European commercial vehicle market.
    • Organize Residual Value (RV) discussions and recommendations.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financing models.
    • Provide data driven insights to support pricing and product positioning decisions.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Management (20%)
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions.
    • Negotiate financing terms and conditions with partner institutions.
    • Coordinate and deliver training programs for internal teams, dealers, and financial partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for financing related inquiries from sales teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive/commercial vehicle financing, leasing, or related financial services.
  • Proven track record in designing and/or managing financing programs.
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle markets and residual value concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience working with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Dutch, Hungarian, German, or French) are a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electric vehicle financing and Fleet-as-a-Service models.
  • Knowledge of European commercial vehicle regulations and financing frameworks.
  • Existing network within European financial institutions.
  • Experience in cross functional and international team environments.
  • Proven track record in project finance.
  • Ability to analyze business plans.
