Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Event Support: Coordinate the meetings, receptions and office activities, responsible for the full-process management, including material preparation, on-site coordination and follow-up to ensure smooth operation and to build a good corporate image.
  • Travel Management: Assist employees' business travel booking, travel request review and follow-up, maintain supplier relationships and control travel costs.
  • Vehicle Management: Manage official vehicle usage registration, coordinate vehicle maintenance, annual inspection and insurance, establish management accounts and standardize the vehicle usage process.
  • Facilities Management: Conduct daily inspection, maintenance, procurement and scrapping of office facilities, maintain supplier relationships to ensure office operation.
  • Complete other daily administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, familiar with administrative office processes.
  • Proficient in reception and facilities management skills; skilled in Office software with basic data analysis ability.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability, sense of responsibility and service awareness; able to handle administrative emergencies efficiently and have team spirit.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English is preferred; good image and temperament.
