Responsibilities:
- Support the B2B operations end-to-end, with key involvement in broker marketing and campaigns.
- Collaborate with brokers to understand campaign requirements and provide operational support.
- Assist in the execution of broker-related activities including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure smooth delivery of broker initiatives.
- Contribute to product-related operations, such as supporting spot and futures listing procedures and ensuring compliance with operational SOPs.
- Provide client-facing support, ensuring clear communication with brokers and institutional clients; ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in the design and execution of growth initiatives that drive broker and institutional user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue growth.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, adapting to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is preferred.
