Role: The US National Account Manager is fully responsible for the commercial and operational management of key strategic retailers, especially QVC. You will:

  • Own sell-in and sell-out performance across the US
  • Build and drive Joint Business Plans with strategic accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making
  • Lead the full 360° account operations: product launches, forecasts, stock tracking, promotions, and more
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key retail buyers and partners
  • Oversee and optimise trade investments
  • Deliver and report on sales KPIs, forecasts, and ROI across all accounts
  • Ensure tight internal coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing
