We are looking for a Make up Artist for Space NK/ North of England. Frequent travel is required.
- Visit all stores allocated on your monthly rota. This will usually be Space NK stores but you may be required to work in department stores or at external events from time to time.
- Providing booked Makeup services for customers, rather than visiting to just sell our brand on the shop floor.
- Providing an elevated Event experience for customers with pre-booked appointments and expert Colour consultations.
- Meet artistry expectations and have good artistry techniques while relaying the BY TERRY message.
- Share your passion and artistry skills, offering training and expertise to store teams, ensuring that all store staff are trained at all times on BY TERRY and our latest innovations.
- Conduct shop-floor training with the store team during quiet times.
- Conduct walk-in consultations and colour matching services when not in a pre-booked appointment.
- Call your planned visit locations a few days ahead of your visit to inform them that you will be coming.
- Ensure that the stand is up-to-date and that any discontinued lines have been communicated and removed when visiting a store for a Makeup Event.
- Manage your time responsibly to always arrive on time and ready for each shift.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Ensure all surfaces, products and brushes are cleaned and sanitised after each client, following good personal hygiene practice throughout the day.
- Represent the BY TERRY brand in the best possible way.
Sales:
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s as set by the company.
- Be a good consistent seller who link sells all the time with the Hero 5 and newness.
- Achieve brand items per transaction (IPT) and average pound sale (A£S) expectations.
- Actively promote new launches and promotions, ensuring that store teams are trained and ready to sell the items.
- Track your own sales and feedback any sales information as required at the end of each day and week.
