We are looking for a Make up Artist for Space NK/ North of England General duties Visit all stores allocated on your monthly rota. This will usually be Space NK stores but you may be required to work in department stores or at external events from time to time. Space NK Specific but not limited to. Visiting stores, providing booked Makeup services for customers, rather than visiting to just sell our brand on the shop floor Providing an elevated Event experience for customers with pre-booked appointments and expert Colour consultations. You will meet artistry expectations and have good artistry techniques while relaying the BY TERRY message. You will share your passion and artistry skills, offering training and expertise to store teams, ensuring that all store staff are trained at all times on BY TERRY and our latest innovations. During quiet times, or when a National Artist does not have a booking, they are expected to use the time to conduct shop-floor training with the store team. When not in a pre-booked appointment National Artists are encouraged to conduct walk in consultations and colour matching services, always ensuring an elevated customer experience. You are expected to call your planned visit locations a few days ahead of your visit to inform them that you will be coming. When visiting a store for a Makeup Event, National Artists are expected to ensure that the stand is up-to-date and that any discontinued lines have been communicated and removed. Ensuring products and testers are displayed to current company guidelines Manage your time responsibly to always arrive on time and ready for each shift. Always provide an excellent level of customer service. Ensuring all surfaces, products and brushes are cleaned and sanitised after each client. It is also vital that good personal hygiene practice is followed throughout the day and to the latest guidelines. To always represent the BY Terry brand in the best possible way. Sales Achieve sales targets and KPI’s as set by the company. Be a good consistent seller who link sells all the time with the Hero 5 and newness. Achieve brand items per transaction (IPT) and average pound sale (A£S) expectations. Currently set at:- IPT = 3. A£S – £150 Actively promote new launches and promotions. This includes build up discussions with clients ensuring that store teams are trained and ready to sell the items, booking appointments and tracking sales. To track your own sales and feedback any sales information as required at the end of each day and week.
