We are now looking for a highly motivated Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to bring our brand to life across all retail touchpoints, delivering impactful trade marketing plans, exceptional in-store execution and consistent visual merchandising excellence.

The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of trade marketing and visual merchandising activity across the UK & Ireland, ensuring By Terry is consistently and beautifully represented across all retail partner channels. Working closely with the Commercial and Retail teams, you will help bring Joint Business Plans to life, deliver seasonal activations and support new product launches, while ensuring strong brand storytelling and commercial impact across both in-store and online environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Marketing
    • Partnering with retail sales teams and key internal stakeholders, you will support the execution of trade marketing plans that drive brand visibility, customer engagement and sell-out performance.
    • Support delivery of trade marketing plans across all retail partners.
    • Coordinate retailer promotional calendars and key seasonal moments.
    • Lead execution of Gift with Purchase (GWP), sampling and promotional activity.
    • Assist with retail media, CRM and digital activations across partner channels.
    • Adapt brand assets and campaign materials for retailer requirements.
    • Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across all retail touchpoints.
    • Support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Visual Merchandising & In-Store Execution
    • You will help bring the By Terry brand world to life in-store through consistent and premium visual merchandising execution.
    • Support rollout of permanent and seasonal VM updates across retail partners.
    • Coordinate new fixture installations, gondola updates and in-store animations.
    • Ensure consistent execution of POS materials, testers and merchandising guidelines.
    • Work with Global VM teams to localise creative assets for UK & Ireland retailers.
    • Support store openings, seasonal updates and retail activations.
    • Monitor VM standards and ensure brand consistency across all doors.
  • Commercial, Insights & Reporting
    • Support tracking of trade marketing and VM spend against budget.
    • Assist in monitoring sell-in and sell-out performance across retailers.
    • Support preparation of campaign performance reports and insights.
    • Identify opportunities to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and retailer activity.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or visual merchandising within beauty or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of both in-store and online retail environments.
  • Experience supporting retail activations, VM rollouts or promotional campaigns.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Commercially aware with a strong interest in retail performance and ROI.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
