Rôle:

  • Creative Content Development: Design engaging digital assets, including website banners, email campaigns, social media graphics, paid media visuals, and e-commerce materials, ensuring alignment with BY TERRY’s brand guidelines. Still, video and gif. Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to optimize UX/UI elements for the website, enhancing the customer journey.
  • Campaign Design: Support the creation of campaign concepts and execute visually striking designs for hero products, product launches and seasonal campaigns. Work on art direction for digital photo and video shoots when required.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital creative outputs maintain a premium and cohesive aesthetic, reflective of BY TERRY’s luxury identity. Act as a guardian of the digital brand identity, proposing innovative ideas to enhance its expression online.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce new ideas and maintain BY TERRY’s competitive edge. Research and analyze competitors to suggest improvements in digital creative strategies.
  • Project Management: Work efficiently to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital design role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating high-quality digital assets, with an eye for luxury aesthetics.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience are a bonus.
