Weâre looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Visual Merchandising Executive to support the planning, design, and execution of visual merchandising projects across our global beauty retail network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye and strong organizational skills who is ready to grow within the beauty industry. This role is a balanced 50% design, 50% project coordination positionâideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and the operational side of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- DESIGN (50%) Support the development of visual merchandising concepts for product launches, promotional events, and brand campaigns. Create and adapt all VM visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp â must have working knowledge of all three. Assist with designing planograms, window displays, CTU/FSU/POS display units, and visual pop-ups for retail counters. Contribute to VM presentations, Global Toolkits, VM design briefs to external stakeholders & suppliers. Help ensure visuals reflect the brand identity and meet creative excellence globally for BY TERRY.
- PROJECT SUPPORT & ADMIN (50%) Help coordinate the rollout of VM projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Update and maintain internal trackers, calendars, and launch timelines. Work closely with suppliers and production partners to support the delivery of VM materials. Assist with raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and managing VM budgets. Communicate with internal teams, regional contacts, and retailers to provide clear VM guidelines and support. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity for inspiration and benchmarking.
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Fashion/Beauty Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1â2 years of experience in a similar role (internships or work placements welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp â these are essential for the role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
