We're looking for a hands-on Content Producer + Creative Strategist to grow a London aesthetics clinic and training academy through high-performing short-form content. Your job is to consistently bring strong hooks + subjects, turn them into a clear weekly/monthly plan, and drive the creation of educational, "viral-style" posts that convert into bookings and course enquiries.

Key Outcomes (what success looks like)

  • A steady pipeline of scroll-stopping hooks and content subjects.
  • Faster, smoother content production (less chasing, fewer delays).
  • Consistent posting with content that is on-brand, educational, and built for reach + conversions.

Core responsibilities

  • Hooks, subjects, and content ideas (primary focus).
  • Create and maintain a weekly Hook Bank tailored to aesthetics (myth-busting, before/after education, mistakes to avoid, FAQs, trend reactions).
  • Present hook + subject combinations ready for filming (example: "Stop doing this after Botox" + aftercare mistakes).
  • Turn clinic FAQs, objections, and trending topics into strong angles designed to perform.
  • Write short outlines for each Reel: hook, key points, CTA (book consult / DM / course enquiry).
  • Content strategy for growth + conversions.
  • Build content around clear pillars: education, authority, results, behind-the-scenes, student outcomes, offers (as needed).
  • Spot what's working and double down (repeat winning formats, series, and hooks).
  • Propose repeatable weekly series (e.g., Myth of the Day, Aesthetics Mistakes, Consultation Truths).
  • Content production + planning (execution).
  • Create a weekly and monthly content plan (ideally 2–4 weeks ahead).
  • Coordinate filming days: what we're filming, in what order, and what's needed (props, before/after permissions, etc.).
  • Turn raw ideas into a production-ready list so filming is fast and simple.
  • Packaging + performance direction (viral mechanics).
  • Give clear direction to the editor on pacing, captions style, cut points, b-roll needs, and retention moments.
  • Ensure each post has: a strong first 1–2 seconds, clear value, and a direct CTA.
  • Review drafts quickly and request edits based on performance principles (clarity, speed, hook strength).
  • Posting support (optional depending on team).
  • Work with the social media manager to schedule posts, write/approve captions, and ensure consistency.
  • Recommend posting frequency/timing based on performance, not guesswork.

Weekly Deliverables (example)

  • 15–30 new hooks (with subjects) added to a shared Hook Bank.
  • 5–10 Reel outlines ready to film.
  • 1 weekly content plan (what's being posted and why).
  • Feedback on edits focused on retention and clarity.

Required experience / skills

  • Proven experience growing accounts with short-form content (IG Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
  • Strong copy instincts: hooks that feel natural, not cheesy.
  • Understands viral structure: hook, retention, pattern breaks, payoff, CTA.
  • Organized and fast: can keep production moving and hit deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with a medical/aesthetics brand (professional, compliant tone).

Nice to have

  • Experience in aesthetics/beauty/wellness content.
  • Basic design sense for covers/carousels (not required if we have a designer).
  • Ability to interpret analytics (saves, shares, watch time, retention).

Working style

  • Proactive and quick: brings ideas without being chased.
  • Collaborative: works closely with the founder (on-camera expert), editor, and social media manager.
  • High standards: on-brand, clear, and consistent.
