ByFionaWood is here to help you find the perfect staples, sourcing highly curated fashion, accessories, jewellery, beauty, interior, and homeware for a selected list of clients only.


Role Description

This can be a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Personal Shopper and Stylist located in the London Area, United Kingdom, mostly working from home. The Personal Shopper and Stylist will be responsible for understanding and meeting the client's fashion and lifestyle needs, offering personalized shopping and styling services, and sourcing high-quality items based on clients' preferences. The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The Personal Shopper should bring their own black-book of clients to work with, alongside servicing existing clients from the business.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities
  • Proven ability in Sales and understanding of fashion trends
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
