The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 ÂŁ per year.

Dr Vali is looking to add a creative Social Media Manager at an exciting stage in its life as it launches an Experiential Center in Selfridges followed by the launch of the “By Dr Vali” skincare range. The role will eventually report to the Communications Management Team.

The right candidate must be highly organised, clinically skilled, process driven and have high attention to detail, with capacity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities are to:
  • Help develop full social media strategy for launch of skintech range including patented devices and skincare that is aligned with short‑term and long‑term marketing targets with the BDV brand for the global markets.
  • Help develop full social media strategy for service aspect of brand in cosmetic dermatology and medical wellness offered by the BDV 360 Experiential centre.
  • Content curation with engaging social campaigns across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Linkedin, Email marketing/Newsletters etc).
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone of voice including leading creation of brand presentations and supporting materials.
  • Responsible for developing a social media content strategy aligned with short term and long term marketing targets with the BDV brand.
  • Work alongside the CEO, Creative Director and team to come up with inspiring, innovative ideas, ensuring that the BDV brand positioning is clear and consistently applied across a range of digital channels.
  • Work with retail partners and other business partners to maximise exposure through influencer/social media channels and align with the marketing strategy.
  • Approach and engage with relevant press/media channels and build relationships with a support network from ‘By Dr Vali’.
  • Support relationships with influencers, influencer agents and press to keep the brand front of mind through organic coverage + social mentions to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to PR & Influencer Marketing campaign strategies.
  • Executional support of PR/Client events, VIP gifting and mass seeding programmes.
  • Create and publish engaging social campaigns to drive customers through the purchasing funnel across various platforms and mediums, including email copy, social media copy, photography and editing.
  • Write, edit, proof‑read, and improve current and historical posts on digital platforms.
  • Development and publication of newsletters.
  • Monitoring performance and engagement (e.g. comments, likes and shares) and analysing data coming from digital content to understand how to create targeted audiences content.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone of voice including leading creation of brand presentations and supporting materials.
  • Be aware of content optimisation according to SEO and PPC to drive revenue and use content management platforms available to analyse website traffic and user’s engagement metrics.
  • Monitor performance and engagement and analyse data utilising Google Analytics & social media reports to track performance and make tactical recommendations.
  • Manage content distribution to online media channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw target customers' attention and registration.
Requirements include:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), with strong listening skills and trained visual awareness attention to detail.
  • Experienced in content creation for each channel.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok and more.
  • Previous experience in a social media/digital marketing role essential.
  • Experience in PR desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to devise and develop efficient and effective processes to manage varying workloads and time pressures.
  • Passionate about the luxury, beauty, fashion industry desirable.
  • Having own network of content creators desirable.
  • Full of energy and enthusiasm and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience and good knowledge of ecommerce performance marketing and working with influencers.
  • Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic team player.
  • Basic creative skills preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Mid journey etc).
  • Experienced with social/digital modalities (Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc).
