Role Description
MUST HAVE A FULL VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR
This is a self-employed role based in the Rutland and Stamford area. The Associate Partner will support the development and implementation of property strategies, guide clients in making informed decisions in the luxury market, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting market analysis
- Valuations
- Managing property listings
- Preparing contracts
- Assisting with client negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
