We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Membership team. As a key brand ambassador, you will help shape the member experience from the very first interaction. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where relationship-building, professionalism, and a luxury service mindset are essential.
About the Role
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, nurturing long-term member relationships, and representing BXR's premium standards. You will:
- Sell club memberships and drive secondary expense
- Prospect and convert new business leads
- Host events to generate in-club leads
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct monthly pre-planning for securing member referrals
- Build rapport and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and current members
- Maintain expert product knowledge and actively participate in club services, programs, and offerings
- Uphold BXR's high standards of professionalism, discretion, and luxury customer service
Qualifications & Attributes
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential
- Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence working with incentive-based earnings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, personable, and engaging
- Strong passion for health and fitness
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
