BXR London is looking for a creative and detail-driven In-House Designer to lead the visual output of BXR and Sweat by BXR across all digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand creative while clearly maintaining the distinct identities of both brands. Working closely with marketing, operations, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in campaigns, events, and day-to-day brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative
- Own and protect both brand identities
- Ensure BXR reflects a premium, performance-led aesthetic
- Ensure Sweat by BXR remains energetic, accessible, and community-focused
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
- Marketing & Communications
- Design assets for social media, video, email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications
- Support annual campaigns from concept to delivery
- Produce digital and print advertising assets as required
- Events & Campaigns
- Lead creative for events, activations, seasonal launches, and annual campaigns
- Adapt designs across all touchpoints for consistency and impact
- Partnerships
- Create bespoke assets for corporate partners and collaborations
- Ensure all partner-facing materials meet BXR’s premium standards
- Digital Design
- Design and manage content for BXR and Sweat by BXR websites and apps
- Support updates, campaign rollouts, and content refreshes
- Create content for in-club screens and digital signage
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an in-house or similar design role
- Strong portfolio across digital and print
- Experience working with multiple brand identities
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Technical
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Figma and/or Klaviyo
- Experience with CMS, apps, and email platforms
- Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut
- Photography and video content creation
- Experience with CRM and automated email flows
- Knowledge of digital advertising formats
