The Senior Product Manager will own the Brambles Tracking Solution, driving its vision, roadmap, and adoption across global supply chain operations. This solution leverages IoT, smart asset data, and advanced analytics to deliver visibility of Brambles’ reusable assets. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with ERP, CRM, and customer-facing applications while delivering measurable business value.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap by aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development.
  • Ensure alignment on features, timelines, and quality standards while facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.

Requirements & Prioritisation

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritise features, and communicate progress and updates effectively.
  • Understand technical architecture and requirements; ensure feasibility and deliverability of product features.

User-Centric Development

Performance & Metrics

  • At least 5–7 years in product management in supply chain and tracking data solutions.
