About the Job:
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will contribute to the design process and help to execute visual branding assets that meet clients\' marketing objectives and uphold our agency\'s quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide branding guidance, promote best practices, and execute design direction that brings brands to life.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide executional support in creating and implementing branding assets, including graphics and design systems.
- Assist in web development, animation, and maintaining unique and proprietary work while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to visual audits, research, and building presentation decks to contextualize design ideas and support team efforts.
- Maintain organized file management, stays updated on branding trends, and participates in naming and nomenclature workstreams.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in performing routine activities, solving problems, and identifying implications to drive process improvements.
- Improve team efficiency by recommending improvements and collaborating with related teams to achieve objectives.
What you will need:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field, with 2-3+ years of experience in brand identity design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required, with Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with animation and web development software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD) being a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion to stay current with evolving trends and best practices in branding, design, technology, and marketing.
