This FTSE Small Cap listed company with operations in the UK and Southeast Asia is now seeking to recruit a new Company Secretary on a permanent basis.

The role is to be offered on a part-time basis with consideration being given to 3 or 4 days per week.

This is a great example of a standalone, autonomous Co Sec role, where you'll need to turn you hand to everything from supporting the Board to covering off all the daily administrative tasks.

It will best fit someone used to operating in this way as opposed to someone used to working as part of a large Secretariat team.

You'll need to be a Chartered Secretary with excellent working knowledge of the UK listing rules, UK governance code and companies act.

You'll of course need to be very organised, used to prioritising tasks in line with the corporate calendar.

Board meetings are typically held in London but on occasional there might be the need to travel to another site in order to attend.

A full job description is available on request.

This is a fantastic, senior level role within a listed company that also offers the opportunity to work part-time.
