Our client is a main market London listed engineering company. It seeks an experienced interim at deputy level to support their Company Secretary and wider team asap for 6 months (potential to extend if necessary).

There are a couple of specific projects (involving Subsidiary Governance and Share Capital & Share Schemes elements) which need completing before they can look at resourcing the department permanently, full details available on request.

This role would suit an experienced, flexible candidate who can take ownership and work to get their arms round these projects quickly and effectively. You will be joining a small team, with a good working environment.
