Ideally starting end of August or early September, you'll need to be an experienced governance professional who is comfortable operating at number one level in a standalone role.
Responsible for all aspects of plc governance alongside attending and minuting Board meetings, you'll provide a full range of company secretarial support whilst in post.
The exact duration of this assignment is not yet confirmed but is likely to run for a 3-6month period.
Consideration will be given to both a full time and part time (no fewer than 4 days a week) appointment.
