This prestigious FTSE100 is now seeking to recruit a new Assistant Company Secretary on a full time, permanent basis. This is a very broad plc role that will focus on all the usual governance & compliance duties, alongside board & exco support and shareholder relations. It will also have some insurance management duties, although experience in this area isn't required or even expected, so long as you have the appetite to pick this up with on the job training.
This role would be ideal for someone who is CGI qualified (consideration will be given to those at the latter stage of their exams) and has experience of working within a Secretariat of a main market listed company. This is a fabulous role to consider whether you're currently operating at Assistant Company Secretary level or at Company Secretarial Assistant and are looking to make that next step up.
An enthusiastic, can do and proactive approach is desired as you'll be working in a small, visible team, one that is very supportive and works collaboratively.
A competitive salary and remuneration package is on offer and the company have a hybrid working policy of three days in the office, two from home.
