This independent Corporate, Trust and Private Client services provider is now seeking to further expand their Corporate & Compliance team by recruiting a new Senior Associate to the team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a very broad role combining company secretarial, governance and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of international corporate structures, taking ownership of incorporations, restructurings, ongoing administration and liquidations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • KYC, AML and compliance responsibilities.
  • Taking ownership of all company secretarial matters for a portfolio of entities.
  • Managing a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, acting as their trusted adviser and primary point of contact for company secretarial, governance and compliance matters.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the Corporate & Compliance team, reviewing work, providing technical guidance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within corporate services, company secretarial, governance, compliance or fiduciary services.
  • Strong company secretarial and corporate administration experience.
  • Ability to manage client relationships confidently.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional and client-focused approach.
  • Fluency in a second language would be advantageous.
