A truly fantastic opportunity, this entrepreneurial FTSE250 is now looking to expand its Secretariat team and is seeking to recruit a (Senior) Assistant Company Secretary on a full time, permanent basis. This is an interesting and diverse company with a broad European footprint.
Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, you'll be gaining access and experience at the highest level, including attending board committees. You'll have a fantastic mentor in the Company Secretary who'll be able to support your continued professional development and growth and the team is also supported by a Company Secretarial Assistant, which completes the team of three.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CGI qualified Assistant Company Secretary or perhaps Deputy Secretary to join a diverse and interesting international business. Consideration will be given to job title based on experience level but above all else, the importance of a good team fit will be critical.
This role will best fit someone who is comfortable with change, someone who can thrive in a complex business and can demonstrate the ability to operate successfully in the grey areas.
There is a lot to get excited about with this role, both in terms of its scope of role and reporting line, not to mention its grown-up approach to hybrid working and competitive remuneration package.
