This Top 40 accountancy & advisory firm are now seeking to recruit a new member to their company secretarial team.
This role, as Assistant Manager, will be reporting to the Head of Client Governance and Company Secretarial.
The position will be offered as a six month fixed term contract but does have the possibility of being extended or even developing into a permanent position.
You will support high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses, with responsibility for entity management, complex share transactions, and statutory compliance.
This is a client-facing position requiring strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage governance matters independently.
While a full or part-time qualification with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) is desirable, it is not essential.
Applicants with a robust background in entity management – ideally gained in a professional services setting – and hands-on experience in complex share transactions such as subdivisions, reclassifications, transfers, share issues, and buybacks are encouraged to apply.
A solid understanding of company law and corporate governance is of course essential.
