Our client, a forward‑looking organisation helping companies set and hit climate change and net‑zero targets, is looking for a Corporate Governance Manager. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential for extension, and can be full‑time or part‑time.
The Governance Manager will lead the development and implementation of the governance framework, ensuring it meets best‑practice standards for a UK charity. Responsibilities also include monitoring key policies such as conflicts of interest and complaints management.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the governance framework for the charity.
- Ensure policies meet UK charity best‑practice standards.
- Monitor and manage conflict‑of‑interest policies.
