Our client seeks an Interim Deputy Secretary for c 3 months. Reporting to the GC/Company Secretary and with the assistance of a Co Sec Assistant, this role is to cover a period of temporary absence and needs an experienced candidate to support and lead the provision of professional services to the company and all its associated and subsidiary organisations, focusing on the key areas of corporate governance, servicing Board and Committee meetings, Company Secretarial services, regulatory and statutory compliance, risk management, and governance/training.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the Central London office, 2 from home. A full job description is available on request. The role would suit a candidate who has already operated at Deputy or a No 1 level in a corporate environment who is confident to step into this level of role immediately and can “hit the ground running”, starting as soon as possible.
