Our fully listed client based in Surrey, seeks an experienced, ACG/FCG qualified candidate with solid PLC experience to join their strong and well-established Secretariat team. Reporting to the CEO and Chairman.
This role would suit a candidate with the following skills and experience;
- CGI – ACG/FCG
- Prior FTSE plc experience
- Strong technical skills
- Good leadership and people skills including managing and mentoring team
- Confident and effective communication skills at all levels of the business
