The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Our well known client is now seeking an experienced individual to join them to lead their small secretariat team and play a pivotal part in moving the function forward. Reporting to the CFO, you will be assisted by an Assistant Secretary and a Pensions Administrator. The Board is intentional and optimistic about what their new Company Secretary can do for the business going forward, and looks to bring someone in with sound experience and commercial focus to add value for the businesses on its onward journey. The successful candidate is likely to have the following skills and attributes:
- Highest levels of integrity, you will be trusted with Board level information from Day 1.
- High levels of commercial acumen so you can be a trusted advisor to the Directors.
- Solid, broad ranging previous Company Secretarial experience.
- Whilst involvement with the DB scheme and DC scheme is required it is low workload, but an interest in pensions is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail.
