Our client seeks a motivated Company Secretarial Assistant to join their Group Secretariat. In this dynamic role, you will report to the Deputy Company Secretary as well as supporting the Head of Compliance.
Experience supporting Company Secretarial functions within a business with a desire to build a governance career is essential. You should be highly proficient in drafting minutes and have knowledge of UK corporate governance and company law. Familiarity with Diligent Boards and Diligent Entities (or similar systems) is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience drafting company documentation, such as confirmation statements.
- Strong relationship management skills and confidence when interacting with senior colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
