This trusted provider of high-value corporate, trust and private client services is now seeking to appoint a Company Secretarial Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. Based from their London office, which has around 20 people, you will support a small, dedicated team in providing a full range of corporate administration to a portfolio of UK based clients.
The team take on a wide variety of work for their trusted clients and as such you can also expect to support in wider compliance and paralegal duties, alongside core company secretarial ones.
This role would best suit an individual with excellent statutory compliance experience, either gained in a services environment or in-house (or both). You will need to be detail-orientated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small, professional team, in a role that will require some problem-solving from time to time.
Both CGI qualified and unqualified applicants will be considered for this vacancy. The company also provides good study support for those who are still gaining their professional qualification.
The office is based in West London and the company generally work to a hybrid model of three days in the office, two from home - although new joiners are encouraged to be onsite more frequently to begin with to help with their onboarding and introduction to the company.
